It was fews days that I try to sort out but no result! my printer have a paper jam only for A3 250g but Ok for A3 115, A4 115 and A4 250g. Somebody can help me ??? thanks for any reply

What "Thick" you use with 250g?
What jam code is show in service mode?

when I'm using a paper as 250gr/m2 A3 format, the tray can't take the paper. When it's A4, it's ok. and when it's A3 but another thinkness, then it's ok too.

Is this paper glossy (the one that jams) ? if so i would change the feed tyres and separation tyres as a first course of any jamming on this machine.
