Imagistics IM2330 Bad HDD Service!

I have a Imagistics IM2330 with a new HDD, now I need the firmware.

I have Toshiba sTUDIO 232 firmaware downloaded, those 2 machines are produced by TOSHIBA.

Can I update IM2330 with Toshiba eSTUDIO 232 Firmware?, If not, How much somebody could sell it?, the firmware and the service handbook.

I think the eStudio 350 is the same model.. I have the toshiba model in my warehouse if you need me to copy the os
