Kyocera FS4000 error code

The error generated is 7410 000 417 which customer relates to possible toner cartridge fault. Cartridge TK332 however found with substantial quantity of toner. Unable to see the machine.
Could mentioned error be related to Waste Toner Bottle?

A 7410 code is drum not installed.
