i will say this to add to bizhub if you did not completly undestand you have to go into tech rep and reset the toner waste counter. The funny thing is most people, where i work atleast dont know if it is the same every where but my guys seem to think that it is the web roller. witch i guess i can understand they are both counters, lol

The M2 and M3 codes were not used consistently by Minolta on all models. They are for the waste toner box and the oil roller/web. The waste toner box is can be M2 or M3 depending on the model. Same for the oil.

Care must be used to ensure that only the personnel who are involved in service jobs
know the procedure to enter the Service mode.

<Procedure>

1. Press the Utility key.
2. Press the following keys in this order.
3. Stop-0-0-stop-0-1
4. The Service mode menu screen will appear.

Service Mode Function Setting Value Changing Procedure>
1. Select the desired item using the arrow up or down keys or press button number 1 (Service Choice)
2. Press button number 2 to select maintenance counter.
3. Change the setting to zero
4. Validate the selection by pressing the [Yes] key.
5. Press panel reset to exit the service mode
That should do it for you.
