    [Jamming] konica minolta cf1501

    Please, can someone help me with this copier "konica minolta cf1501" when I do test print, it copy very fine but when I do copy from the scanner it will copy too dack therefore causing paper jam. Before was showing scanner code and now the code was clear but still jamming.

          Have you tried the simple things first like cleaning the optics?
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
