Toner droping problem

Hello every body


i am facing a problem with konica 7155.
I replace drum developer blade.
After 1 month copy is light.
I check and find out the toner droping problem.
Toner is not drop in the developer unit i check the hooper unit by simulation.
Toner supply and toner bootle move properly but normally copymood supply motor and toner motor never work.

I replaced complete hooper then supply and toner bottle motor move normaly.
But after some copy i face same problem.
Copy light and supply motor rotate after 5 copies so toner is low in developer and copy quality again not good.

Any body tell me about the procedure to adjust the amount of toner drop in developer unit.

I am waiting to ur reply.

If the developer is leaking at the gear end... it will chew up the gears to the point it cannot accept the toner. Inspect the devloper unit and turn in the normal direction and see if all the gears actually turn.
