Hi All
I have a user with a X543DN with a black line down the left hand side of the printout.

as you will see from the attachment it looks like an HV or grounding problem on the black but i have changed the complete IU section and checked all connectors etc but still the fault remains.
It can disappear for around 30 prints but then comes back.
anyone had this as i am pulling my hair out.
