Hi, does anyone know how to reset password on the tech rep mode on Di3510f?

Try 00000000 Eight "0" this is default password.

If you do not know the password and it has been changed from the default as given by Sunrise, you have a problem and need to contact KM as it is not possible to reset without a board change.
