    Fiery

Does anyone know why Fiery (IC305 v2.0 and IC408 v2.0) hang about 15 minutes until 1 hour and then reboot after calibration with colorcal on develop +6501 (Firmware 60)????

      Re: Fiery

      Hello,

Mainly this is due to high temp on processor. Remove the cooling device on processor and add some conductive grease between processor and cooling.

      Kind regards,

Surely you mean thermal paste and not conductive grease?

Have a look to see if the Fiery needs to be updated with the latest patches as there are constantly new patches released to fix issues that arise from the normal everyday use of the device.

Richd also mentioned reloading the Fiery System Software which is always a good starting point as you are puching the controller back to factory, but you should then update the patches once the reload is done.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
