I tried to download the Vista-32 bit print driver for the IC-401, and when the user prints windows explorer crashes, the print job stays in the print queue on the PC, and nothing prints. I'm assuming that it's because this driver doesn't work with Windows 7. Anyone find a solution or a workaround to this yet?

That's simple. XP driver works just fine on Windows 7. I installed it and it's ok. But I recommend you delete the old driver, then restart the computer and only then install the XP driver.

I hope this helps!

Also make sure you use the PS driver, PCL can sometimes throw a fit when using an IC 401

I agree with witech1, PS driver is better for many reasons.

Yep, the XP Fiery PS driver works with Windows 7. Turns out, this guy's computer had some OS issues that made Windows explorer crash every time he tried to print to it. Tried it on another PC, worked fine. I alerted their IT guy to this dude's issue.
