[Misc] C250 P21 Error and double imaging

Hi Everyone, I have the following problem: P21 and double imaging on a C250. I have tried the following:1.) Changedand tested all image units
2.) Changedand tested transfer belt (As per service manual)
3.) CleanedIDC sensors
4.) SE1and SE2 sensors cleaned
5.) CleanedImage unit pins
6.) Strippedand cleaned HV1 board (As per Service manual)
7.) Upgradedfirmware to G0055
9.) Cleanedtransfer roller

Black and white prints are fine, problem only on colour.

Any Help please if anyone has had this problem before?

try to clean the ph unit color section and second transfer roller.

There is more than likely a bind up in the transfer belt. Try mono color, if that looks ok then take the transfer belt unit out and apart. It's usually a excessive build up of toner.

For " double imaging " i have this problem before , change the fusing ok. P21 normaly is IBT belt sensor .

it was the transferbelt drive was a little sticky
