      Actually, it's 2470, not 2740.. Turn off the machine, pull out the carriage with the drums, dev. units, etc. and just stick it back in, firmly. Turn on the machine back on. Does it work?
      I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?

              upsss....sorry Empiru,i was wrong hehehehe the jam code is C-2470. The problem was resolved after change carriage unit/image section unit.
