C351. C2152 errorThis error won't clear. Swapped belt, still have error. Tried open close door, power down, still won't.clear. any ideas?ThanksKelly

Perform Trouble Reset.
You know- The power on while doing the thing with the thing?
Touch the thing, see deal, do it again. Poof! Worky-worky.
That, or you left some tape on the Xfer belt.
In which case you need to do the thing with the deal anyway.

hi
have u checked the sensor on the right side of the transfer belt it must be problem,or otherwise install transfer belt and dont put both the screw just put one screw on the right side and close the door and check it

Sensor on rear wall of copier where the transfer belt slides into was completely coated with toner. Cleaned it off and works fine.
