this has about 500 k. when I go to utility. meter cound. there is zero on all those counters. actually it is just lines across the board. also in the auto paper selection mode. it will not select a tray when either using the doc feeder or use the glass. it always says matching paper size not available. I have manually made sure the paper sizes are loaded in the trays. then univeral paper mode in the utility I have told the machine what paper size. anyways didnt' know if both symptoms are related. or it I need a new ram pack for the one problem. and original sensors. or board for the other one. I am digging in the service manual now. just thought I would ask
