Aficio AP 3800C Error code SC 389
Hi folks, have an Ap3800C here with the error code SC 389. Does anybody have an idea what this means? Costumer says machine worked fine until now, magenta toner replaced recently. Thanks for any suggestion.

Possible causes...
- Unsuitable toner density
- Toner supply mechanism problem
- Laser exposure problem
- Image transfer problem
Since you said that the magenta toner was recently changed, then I would go right there and you should find your problem. Make sure it is the correct OEM toner. Check that your pump is working properly and that the toner tubes are not clogged.
Follow the magenta toner, and you should find your problem.
