2 KM bizhub c360's

I have 2 bizhub c360 one with 408,000 copies and the other has 550,000. I been given these both second hand ex.gov don't know the history. both seem to print fine the first one has a fiery attached to the back of it, but the 2nd with more copies just sounds like it runs quieter and the ADF works too. the ADF on 408,00 copy machine doesn't work at the moment. The higher copy machine appears to have more life left on the major components Life check indicates FU 266614 TRU 82944 TBU 296660. Are these always correct, does it rely on the person installing the replacement unit or is it automatic. Never had to do it myself. Any help here would be appreciated. I need to get rid of one of these machines to make space. is it worth swapping components from one to the other or am I asking for trouble??????

If the transfer belt is reading 296k, it's about to run out since the yield is 300k.

The counters on those units are resettable, so there's no guarantee they're accurate.
