You could reverse M12 with M13, why are the same, and see if the error code changes or not. This way you can tell if you have to replace the fan or the card. But if there was an ICP burned on the card, the code would be fixed and not intermittent as in your case.

ahh bugga: I have C351 and the same Issue:

I ordered new fan...and in the meantime tried one from another machine, which wasn't installed "also" properly wires tend to get squished between the mainframe of the door and the metal support plate which is also acting like a earth..

I also tend to find the foam touching the fan-- every now and then and I think this could cause that intermittent issue.

If I cut it out that the suction will be not as good and could cause build up of paper dust.

FW or anything simmilar did not work for me...unless there is a specific solution to this. Probably Board..(ouch)

This is wrong. The right one is Suction fan motor M10 (9313 1000 72) 11925

Hi,
I have the same problem, error c-0301.
Machine is C252.
Machine was working ok before holidays and after few days in cold room it shows error and jam paper when paper goes from paper tray to registration section.
I visually check 3 fans on the back of machine, they are working, somebody mention pwb-m,is it a problem?

I never had this error till now on this one machine.
This fan did not turning at all and after some hand rotating it starts.
Maybe i will have to replace at end because it have some "buzzing" sound when working.
