Hey Blackcat, not really asking for anything special . The benefits of being a dealer is to call the DSM to come down and take a look at a POS machine.

I'm not asking for anything I haven't supplied as a Konica Minolta dealer. I have e-mailed firmware, bulletins, service manuals more times then I can count.

Get off your high horse and if you can't help don't reply.
