Error Code F-28-1 on my 7045

Need a little help,

Was doing some clean up on my Konica 7045. Blowing it out with air and vaccuming dust etc. After putting it back together I get an error F-28-1. Any ideas.

Charge corona problem, broken wire, not seated correctly.or just shorting, good luck
