Hello,

We have a customer who bought one of these machines 8 years ago. It's actually an NEC 3510, but that just means it's a rebranded Konica Minolta. It may not be precisely the 351, but it's definitely from that generation.

Anyway, it looks like the NIC for the printer is having some issues, and NEC doesn't have any parts available for this old of a machine. The parts PDF I have hasn't been OCR'd and I haven't had any luck locating it in there, but NEC said their part number for it is KC49NIH.

I found 2 options online that appear to make sense
Print Controllers Network Interface Card NC-1 for Pi3502e Used 4625-161 NC-1 (http://www.arcservicesco.com/anon/itemDetails.aspx?ItemID=1194)http://www.arcservicesco.com/anon/itemDetails.aspx?ItemID=1297

T (http://www.arcservicesco.com/anon/itemDetails.aspx?ItemID=1297)he first seems to just be the ethernet NIC while the second seems to be the entire assembly. I would assume the first option should work just fine?

Furthermore, does anyone have a better price for one of those?

Edit: Did some searching, came across http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/28454-nic-part-pi3502.html

L (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/28454-nic-part-pi3502.html)ooks like printing isn't this generation of machines' strong point. Unfortunately the customer is stubborn about upgrading, since the machine has 5 or so drawers, and features like that on a new machine can add up in cost.

Even those found in the Internet are already half dead or otherwise soon dying. Just replaced today a Di-351 for that reason. Still left 3 units in the field but I'm sure they will not keep up until coming Christmas. We replaced at least 20 machines in the past 12 month'S for that issue with the NIC.

Many threads here in this forum about problems with the NIC for the Pi-3502 controller.
