Hello. This is my first post.
I'm Oscar, technician from Argentina.
I have a problem with a client's Samsung CLP 670n which displays this message "not compatible yellow toner".
The printer has 495 color prints. The cartridges are the ones that come with the printer. They have never been replaced.
I have already cleaned the contacts of the chip.
Any help will be welcome. Thanks in advance.
