I have one of these in the field the customer is complaining the Biometric device looses connection with the copier and they continually have to reboot the machine to regain connection. Has any one else had issues with thees devices. Any suggestions are appreciated. Yes we have the customers clean the device regularly. Thanks

try upgrade firmware to latest version or if latest try reflashing firmware.
