Konica Minolta MagiColor 4690 MF Scanner Problem

I just Purchase the printer everything works good except for the scanner if I scan just one page it work fine
but if i scan double side or more the one page the scanner or the software freeze i tried different scanning software
but same result it freeze any help would be appreciated
