I have a scenario that ill try my best to illustrate.
Alice, has been setup with a secure print box on the 601 machine. She prints a document1 to this box, walks over to the copier, signs in, prints out document1. All good so far. She sends document1 via Outlook to Bob. Bob doesnt have a secure box setup yet. Bob opens document1, and decides to print it to the same copier, it doesnt print. He tries it a couple more times without luck. Alice meanwhile is working on document2, she saves it and then sends it to her secure box. She walks to the copier and prints document2, before document2 comes out, she notices her box has multiple copies of document1 printing out after she signed into it.
Why would this happen ? how would a document retain printer box settings ? When we send a document to a securebox, is some information written back to that file ? Has anyone else experienced this ?
Thanks,
Russ.
