          Sorry, I can't understand if you replaced both Transfer Roller and 2nd Transfer Roller. If you did, you might want to check the 2 bearings from the 2nd Transfer Roller. If that roller isn't " rolling" free, strange faults can appear on the image.
          I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?

              I believe is the common issue with that machine but you can make it less visible with some special settings at 2nd transfer.

              First we must see a sample.

              Do you mean "... the diameter of the brand..." the band?
