We have about 5 new 2050's that we just unboxed. After setting up the machines, we reset the transport mode back to on and re-locked the mirror unit for transport. Upon installation at site, none of them will allow you to unlock the mirror using Setting, *, 1, 4. The machine just sits at the "Mirror Lock" splash screen and no buttons will recognize. They will not even beep when pushed. Called Muratec to no avail. They said they have never seen this either. Anyone out there had any similar problems on any older models of Muratec's?
