Calibrating calibrating calibrating...............................

Customer has a 1330. Works great except.. every time he goes to make copies it has to calibrate b4 it will copy. Didn't used to do this. Is it an energy save setting? How do I change it so it won't 'calibrate' all the time.

You can try reseating the NIC card, but usually end up replacing.

If the machine is constantly calibrating, check your clock setting. The scan lamp is set to go off at 7:00 or 8:00 pm and come back on at 6:30 am. Usually when you get the "Calibrating" in the display, the clock is incorrectly set for AM or PM.
