I have toner spill beetwine drum unit and developping unit,and cleaner unit so I must clean , so if the problems do every times, I wish have your opinion : is't bad develloper or clutch on cleaner unit does'nt work correctly !!!!!!

Time for a new Dev unit. Or just replace the conductive bearing on it. I use to get away with doing just that back in the day. Turns out we had some guys that could get the bearing and sell it too us just down the street from the customer.
