[Error Code] c35-20 KM C500 pro

hi

my c500 had a 35-02 error , I decided to go 36mode>Image adjust>time adjust>auto color calibration
but when touch Yes , The Process did not start . (note: my C500 is in a cool place (5-17 centigrade )
please help me . What was happened ?

i know i must go to 25 mode and change dipsw 3-1 off , but when i do it apeare 36-06 !!

please give me suggestion
