    [Error Code] DI3510/NEC IT3520

    I have a customer with an NEC IT3520 and I need to reset a message on the display which is stating to replace the PC drum. Can anyone here help me out?

          The code disappears when you put a new IU in as they have a fuse in the unit that blows once the IU is put into the machine. The temporary voltage that is sent across those pins is seen as a new IU and the machine then resets the count.

          When IUs got to this warning, we used to get Katun rebuild kits which also came with that fuse.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
