Hi all
need assistance. i have a bizhub 950 showing error code c-c104.this came replacing the printer control board.on close examination i have noted that the faulty board and the new board have some differences the new board has 2 service switches while the old has only one .can this board work on this machine by upgrading the firmware.when i put the old board back into machine two eror codes appear c-5306/ c-3501.
please assist.
