touch screen KM bizhub c352

I have a Konica Minolta Biz Hub C352. Recently I have some problems with the operational panel, more precisely with the touch screen/display. Although it lights up and shows the menus/options available, it doesn’t take any commands by touching (the display is cracked but the first layer of the screen is ok, the one beneath it is broken).





Therefore I only need the display/touch screen. Is there a possibility to find only this piece to replace the cracked one (a new one or a second-hand one)?

Yes you can replace just the glass layer (top layer) of the touch panel you will need to order it through you local KM dealer or repair centre.
This is usually the cause of no keyboard operation of the touch panel.
