Anyone has seen before the pattern attached please? It happens only when printing color, no matter what color, but it's ok if printing Black and White. Another issue is the CMYK coverage 13.4 isn't it too high? Thanks in advance for any input!

Which direction did that print? 11" x 8 1/2" or 8 1/2" x 11"?

If it's 8 1/2" x 11", it looks to me like a bad or dirty cyan laser. What happens if you print a single color cyan print? Single color magenta print? Single color yellow print?
=^..^=

Lines are parallel with the paper feed direction (vertical). The sample was fed as LT (not LT-R). The same lines are there even when I print single color Yellow, or Magenta. The sample shows a print of a single magenta line, nothing else.

Thanks

That series has individual lasers that come as a set. You need to check connections and then swap one with the cyan and see if problem moves.

as i see the 2nd page, all IU is down to 4% and 2%, it would be bad IU too, as their life counter is running out.
