    c5501 with error c-2823

    Does anybody know what this could mean?

          After restarting, error went off, but ground switch of the mains shut off two times while printing. I will try another outlet if there is something wrong with electric installation in the office. Or else, there can be some contact to the housing.
          As I believe if there was electric overload, the fuse (16A 230V) would switch off, but not FID (0.5 A, 230V) (ground switch).

              Found it.
              There was no ground wire it outlet. There were only zero and phase. Ground was bridged with zero wire.
              After connecting to other mains with grounding, everything is fine.
