Hi all,
my cuustomer has a Bizhub C350. Today i went to replace all 4 imaging unit, but there is still a problem:
the customer has lost the led cleaning jig and printouts are blurry in the first 3 cm on top on the page, only with Cyan and Magenta colors (yellow and black is OK)
I cannot insert my hand more for trying to clean the led bars.
There is a way yo clean the led bars without removing the led assy unit? i need to clean it farthest from the front panel.

Steal one from another MFP just to clean....charge the customer for replacement. I believe the 353 series will work. Emujo

Remove the IU's, and transfer belt. Gives you plenty of room.

Removed IU and transfer belt: stillo no room.
My arm is normal in size, but no way to put in all...

Sorry, my arm fits in easily from the end where you pull out the waste toner.

when these led print heads get a build up and start printing blurry i use my can of trusty electrolube "rubber roller restorer" on a cleaning pad to clean them and it restores you instantly to razor sharp printing. The cleaning device is utterly useless for the kind of buildup that causes blurry printing anyway - unless you moisten it with RRR :p

and before anyone gasps in horror, I've been doing it for years and never had a single issue to date :D

I followed your hit and now the printouts are OK.
My customer has runned his imaging unit for at least of 150k prints, so it's normal that a little quantity of toner has spilled out from the imaging units.
