This machine has a bad touchscreen. It is totally unresponsive. What happens to these? The rest of the machine works fine. You just can't access anything. What would be the first thing I should try?
Thanks

Sorry, bad news. These touch screens are expensive. And yes, you'll probably need to replace the touch screen. =^..^=

Try this out, good luck.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Corrupt NVRAM.
Perform the NVRAM Recovery Procedure. If the problem persists, swap a NVRAM from another color MFP (bizhub C250/C252/C352/C353/C451/C550/C650) for testing purposes and see if it corrects the issue. If so, order a new NVRAM (can be downloaded from the Download Selector site under Special Firmware).
IMPORTANT: NVRAM initialize: All data except sales counter data will be initialized.
CAUTION: Never format the CF card on color machines. Write the data to the existing info using the Firmware Imaging Toolkit 2006.

2. A bad connection between PWB-C (p/n 4038 0113 05) and PWB-MFP (p/n 4038 0121 06).
Reseat the Wire Harness Assembly between PWB-C and PWB-MFP.
Note: Machine will appear to have no power because the MFP Control Board is unable to detect when the Sub Power Switch is powered ON.
