Bizhub 750 - C2105 error.

Hey all,

Had this error over the last few days - never seen it before! Reset the error and removed the transfer/sep unit which revealed two sensors which were absolutely caked in toner so I cleaned them out and also cleaned the whole trans/sep unit as well. Any other ideas?


I also noticed that the code is coming up first thing in the morning so I have disabled sleep mode to see if this helps it.

you can disable trans./sep. cleaning function in dipsw settings temporarily, until you can get it to stop dumping.

That might be worth a shot - is it dipsw 3-4?


What are the possible long term effects of leaving this turned off?

thats the one ..... the wires wont be getting cleaned at regular intervals
