bizhub 250 stays on please wait screen if put off and on...changed controlller board still same changed a board and machine started to work but the moment you switch the machine off and back on please wait massage appears again and stays there.also loaded base firmware still no luck...what i noted was that if you diconnect nv ram and reconnect machine comes on and works fine till you switch on and off machine hooks on please wait .... also noted sub power button not responding at all when turned off and on ....any solutions please????:mad:

by controller board do you mean the printer control board, ie, the PWB-M board ? or the MFP board ?

With suspicious behavior like this the first thing I would attempt is a data clear, failing that an NV ram recovery.

I know how to make the appropriate backups, so please understand what your getting into before attempting these.
