The C350 that has a fiery should work fine with Windows 7, but with the standard controller, you might want to use the universal driver.
Universal Printer Driver from Konica Minolta Business Solutions. (http://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/support/universaldrivers.html)

The C220 is fully supported with Windows 7.

I used the pcl5 driver with my win7 for the BizC350, and it works just fine. Can't remember if it's embedded in Win7 SP1 or not. If it's not in the Konica Minolta list, then try using the vista PCL5 driver.

The C250 is newer than the C350 and there is a Windows 7 driver on KonMin website for it.
Hope this helps.

from memory you have to be running recent firmware for vista and beyond to function properly with the c250. I dont recall what the limitations were, but it was drummed into our head to just make sure they were running up to date firmware when they were still popular in the field.
