    [Misc] How to reinstall scan to bizhub folder server after memory system clear KONICA C 253

    Another tec did a memory clear and reinstalled IP address and turned on HDD

    Installed machine after a visit to our shop and when scan hard button pressed (Register one touch button) message appears.

    IT person is long distance and expensive option.

    They set up a folder on server titled BIZ HUB-SCANS
    how do I reset machine to one touch scan to folder??????

    Note: machine prints fine

    Address book backup would have saved you the trouble....you need to create a 1 touch button through either the web interface, or through the control panel...

    New registration
    SMB
    Host name should be the Server name in CAPS, or the IP address
    path should be" folder\folder\designated scan folder". If the folder is on the root you don't need any leading folder info
    get user name and password info and enter it.

    I would make the tech that did the reset fix this..might teach him/her something...Emujo

      After you set up one touches I would recommend for you to back up your one touches.

      Go into your web interface by typing the IP address of your machine in Internet Exporer, once in there find export and back up your stuff.

      I do it to all my customers machines especially those that have alot of One Touches.
