    Need small gear in the developer unit of the Konica 7155

    Hi,

    Can anybody tell me the name and part number of the smallest gear in the developer unit of the Konica 7155. This gear wears off fast and instead of me buying a new developer unit, I could replace that gear and save a lot of money. Please help if you know the name and (or) a place where I can buy them.

      If it is the third gear from the back of the developer unit, according to the manual it should be the 56AA77780 - Developing Idling Gear (Z=18).

      If not, post a picture of the offending gear.

          It keeps wearing out because the bushings behind the gears need to be replaced also

              Hey. I found a cheap source on ebay. 11.49 with free shipping for the whole set of developer gears. Just go to ebay and search: 7165 developer gears.

                  Thank you for the source, just ordered it. I have 4 DV unit with the same problem.
