Can someone please help with an issue we have on a Vl6522c.
We got a jam code 9901, but in the tsm we don’t find anything regarding this error code.
I find something in the Konica Solution report, regarding this issue, but the customer have no setting for transparencies.
We have tried to put in the latest firmware, and also changed complete by pass tray. With no luck.
The scenario is as follow.
Customer wants to copy from the by pass tray, it move the paper 1 cm in to the machine, the by pass tray moves downwards and show paper jam.
We have tried a variety off paper from 80 to 250g paper.
And in the counter list is showing only error 9901, and nothing else.
And after that, the machine must be restarted with the main switch.'
Have changed Printer control board, mfp board and ram.

99-01 jam is a controller stop due to mis-matched paper size or media type.

I suggest that you focus on just one paper size for now. Insert the paper in the bypass tray. What size is displayed on the panel? If it doesn't match, there's your problem. Try various standard paper sizes to determine if they are properly recognized.

The tray width adjustment may resolve this issue for you:

Incorrect transparencies and/or machine settings.

Note: Konica Minolta does not “officially” support copying/printing of color transparencies.
