Fiery dont look the finiser

I have bizbub c6500 and my fiery dont look the finisher. Please help me

Have you checked it as an installed option in Command Workstation?

yes. look only the paper tray. The copier operating normally. but by the pc will not print because dont sees finiser. sorry for Spelling me.

Oh it wel prnt witout da finiser select in da drier.

Trying to be funny....When you install the Fiery Driver (unlike the standard Emperon) you must choose the options that are installed on the MFP the 1st time you open the driver. There is an "AUTO UPDATE" check box, but you still must do this. If the auto retrieval fails, then you have some other issue that a production tech may be able to help with. If this is a new MFP, why isn't the dealer that sold you this assisting you? Emujo
