Bizhub C-20, am I stupid.....

.....or is the tech manual stupid? Cannot find information about the hardrive for this machine. Need to know what drive should be used and how to set up the machine and eventually format the drive to make it suitable for operation.

Well, the machine itself is stupid, so there's a good motive.

Nevertheless, searching for "HDD" on the Field Service PDF, I found this on page 228:

HDD Format
Use to initialize the format of the optional hard disk kit
"User are only" or "All"
This menu is only available when the optional hard disk is installed.

PS: Not an exact quote, copy&paste didn't work.

Further results mentioned only HDD errors, not any info on the HD type/format/size.

Searching for "Hard Disk", there's a (brief) description on how to take out the HD (page 156). By the illustration, it looks like a 2.5 ATA disk.

The manual is stupid.
