I looked at a C353 with around 600K on the clock.
most of that has been duplex printing too.
the machine regularly gets 9201 jams which result from paper exiting the bottom of the duplex unit crashing into and folding up on the spring loaded guide at the top of the bypass unit. (By regularly i mean once every 50 - 1000 pages, but its occurring enough to irritate the customer and its very common in the jam history)
This guide and the duplex door have serious ware on the ribs to the point that they're almost non existent in parts. But there are no cuts or nicks that could be catching the paper. I have ordered both regardless.
Anyone seen this before? I certainly haven't and don't know if I'm on the right track..
