Either you're talking about temperature (above 300 degrees,maybe Celsius?)or electricity (300 volts).

I'll assume it's electricity, so the first thing would be to check the PSU fuses.

OK I'll bite...I can see how you might accidently connect the MFP to 220/208, but where did you find a 300V source. PS if the customer did this, I would run away and tell them your not going to touch it..if you did it I can't wait to hear what else is damaged when you manage to get it at least turned on. Emujo

Sorry, no. First of all, is Saturday. Second, I don't have a PSU lying around to see and take pictures. Look at it (it's at the left side of the machine) and look for fuses.

I have to agree with Emujo. If that was caused by the customer, I'd advise against accepting the repair - if you insist on doing it, I'd start with a quote including every PCB and electrical component the machine has, with the added note that even if you replace everything there could be the need of additional parts. If you did it, could you explain where you managed to connect the machine to a 300v source?

Only fuses? You are extremely lucky!
I certainly hope you weren't involved in exposing the MFP to over-voltage. =^..^=
