This is a first for me. When you go into custom settings and go to enter the admin code,' this function is disabled ' is displayed on the screen. Is there a way of resetting the copier. Thanks

Have had this happen a time or two. It's supposed to reset itself after a certain period of time after you have tried to enter the wrong admin code too many times. I've actually had to wait until the next day to go back and try the admin code again. Really sucked as it was 70 miles away!! Get the correct code using sim 22 before you try to get into admin mode. Does this unit have a data security kit? Those are the ones I have the biggest problem with when you enter the wrong admin code.
