Please, what is this code and related cause/solutions?

I've tried googling it and I just get a bunch of nonsense unrelated to this problem.

According to the book there is no fatal error 144 but 14H is listed as follows:

14H:
2nd image transfer pressure/retraction failure

Thanks, you read my mind. I was faxed a handwritten note and misread the 14H as 144. I don't even work on Konica/Minoltas so I didn't even realize.
