    konica 7145 scanning

    we have a customer that wants to scan to a pdf file. we can not get in the network setup for the pc(smb) setup. on that screen there is no down arrow to get to it like the book shows. any thoughts. new hard drive in machine

      from memory, absolutely everything was optional on these machines, are you certain the necessary options for scanning are even installed?

      over here they did nothing other than stand alone copy out of the box.

          I installed the hard drive myself and have done this before. Thanks though I wonder if it is board problems.
