one more thing if I put the paper in landscape this not occur only on portrait.

Do these "blue lines" appear from every tray using portrait paper? Are the trays centered correctly? :confused:

Cyan iu failed.

Make sure to use the print head cleaning tool when you change an IU too, on ALL 4.

You should also do a gradation adjust, but 99.9% of customers give you a blank stare when you say that...

Also remove the carrier thats tracked from this failed iu off the tops of the ones to the right of it before it destroyes the drums in those too.

yes it does in all trays in portrait mode

It's probably your cyan image unit. Time to get a new one. That is were I would start. And as mentioned me sure to use the cleaning tool to clean the print heads AND the lamps (if the print heads are at 6 o clock the lamps are at 5 o clock)

on more thing theirs no problem using the machine with this iu damage its right? because right now I dont have a new IU that i can replace. Im now waiting for a new one. thanks

yes I already clean but nothing happen, now im waiting for a new IU to get this fixed. thanks
